Golden Hills Road Residence
Golden, Colorado. 14,000 square feet.
This 14,000-square-foot, completely custom-designed home is a masterpiece of modern architecture and luxurious living. Every detail has been meticulously planned to create a unique and unparalleled living experience.
The property features a state-of-the-art sports car garage, complete with a spinning car display that serves as both a functional showcase and an impressive design feature. The expansive open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, with seamless transitions between living spaces that invite natural light and stunning views of the Rocky Mountains from nearly every angle.
Modern design elements are woven throughout the home, from sleek finishes and minimalist aesthetics to cutting-edge smart home technology. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the breathtaking landscape, while high-end materials and custom craftsmanship elevate the interior spaces. The home offers a harmonious blend of sophistication and comfort, making it a true sanctuary for those who appreciate style, innovation, and the beauty of Colorado’s iconic surroundings.

Garbanzo (DEN)
Denver International Airport. 650 square feet.
Taking the original Garbanzo concept, layout, and menu and designing it to fit within a space a quarter of their typical footprint was just a small portion of this project. Denver airport specifications was the true challenge. The airport and the routing was calculated and coordinated to work around existing food establishments and other tenants without impact to their business operations. Extensive coordination was required to validate the complex design and routing of ductwork all while integrating with existing building automation systems.

Denver Street Eats
Denver International Airport. 2,000 square feet.
The 2,000-square-foot concept is a vibrant tribute to Denver's RiNo district, located in the heart of downtown. Denver Street Eats brings together some of the city’s most in-demand chefs, creating a dynamic culinary experience where flavors and menus evolve with each new chef rotation. This innovative 2022 space is designed to celebrate the creativity and diversity of Denver’s food scene.
Working on Denver Street Eats allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the local culinary culture and collaborate with talented chefs and artists. The design incorporates rotating elements, ensuring that each chef and artist team can leave their unique mark on the space. From bold murals to custom decor, the ever-changing aesthetic reflects the fresh energy and innovation of the featured partners.
The inaugural chef at Denver Street Eats will be Jeff Osaka, one of Denver’s most celebrated culinary talents. Following him in the rotation is Biju Thomas, a renowned food book author and the owner of Biju’s Little Curry Shop in RiNo. Each brings their own flair and expertise, offering guests a continually evolving and exciting dining experience that captures the essence of Denver’s dynamic food and art culture.

Tap and Burger
Westminster, Colorado. 4,400 sqft + 1,400 sqft patio.
The Tap and Burger mission is to nourish its guests and the communities we serve with warmth, hospitality, and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. The project reflects those values of connection to place, quality of product and customer care, with an all-out dining experience.
The 2021 project connects interior and exterior with large openings to the patio and materials that recall the outdoor Colorado experience. At the Westminster Tap, the friendly environment makes everyone feel completely at home, whether they are watching the game or with a large party, regulars or first-timers. The comfortable atmosphere and hospitality has already built a family of loyal, happy tap & burger patrons.
