Denver Street Eats

Denver International Airport. 2,000 square feet.

The 2,000-square-foot concept is a vibrant tribute to Denver's RiNo district, located in the heart of downtown. Denver Street Eats brings together some of the city’s most in-demand chefs, creating a dynamic culinary experience where flavors and menus evolve with each new chef rotation. This innovative 2022 space is designed to celebrate the creativity and diversity of Denver’s food scene.

Working on Denver Street Eats allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the local culinary culture and collaborate with talented chefs and artists. The design incorporates rotating elements, ensuring that each chef and artist team can leave their unique mark on the space. From bold murals to custom decor, the ever-changing aesthetic reflects the fresh energy and innovation of the featured partners.

The inaugural chef at Denver Street Eats will be Jeff Osaka, one of Denver’s most celebrated culinary talents. Following him in the rotation is Biju Thomas, a renowned food book author and the owner of Biju’s Little Curry Shop in RiNo. Each brings their own flair and expertise, offering guests a continually evolving and exciting dining experience that captures the essence of Denver’s dynamic food and art culture.
